Q: How long does it take for you to process my order?
A: We will hold your order until we have received payment from your Credit Card. Once received we will send it out with 5 Business Days
Q: What do I do if my item has been damaged in shipping?
A: Upon receipt, within 24 hours, take a digital photograph of the item still in the packaging, with the damaged piece(s) clearly visible. Send this photo, along with your order number to us. We will then review the photo, and replace the item at no cost to you. For Canadian customers only.
Q: Your website says that all your products are for use with tobacco only… Can I smoke anything else out of them?
A: Absolutely not. Our products are ONLY for use with tobacco, and legal smoking blends.
